Service Description

A pickling party where you can come to cook, have a drink, share lip puckering snacks and walk away with recipes, inspiration for meal prepping and quick pickled veggies (which are a great addition to salads, sandwiches and morning skillets)! The recipes will be gut healthy and I will share more simple tips and tricks on eating to improve your gut microbiota.
