I am here for you, so if you have that you want to work on, I can cater the sessions to your needs. If you do not know where to start I use an integrative health and wellness assessment to look at 8 different dimensions of your lifestyle to guide us.

With flexible scheduling for 1:1 virtual coaching calls it can fit into your hectic lifestyle. I recommend starting out working together for a 3-month time block. You can schedule your 60 min sessions 1x per week or 1x every two weeks.

Hi, I'm Abbey
I am a mom, nurse coach, master's prepared nurse and health enthusiast. What is a nurse coach? Nurse coaches work holistically with each individual to enhance their health and wellbeing. With both the education and years of experience as a nurse and an intensive certification program to become a coach, nurse coaches are uniquely qualified to guide people on their journey of healing.

I have spent over 12 years practicing traditional nursing and a majority of my patients that I was caring for had chronic lifestyle diseases. I was called to take a different approach and now am guiding people to prevent acquiring these chronic conditions in the first place.

As a mom myself with kids under 10, I get the day-to-day chaos that leaves us at the end of the day often exhausted, irritable and wondering sometimes what happened to the day.
Kids or no kids, our modern lifestyle has a culture of wearing busyness and stress as a badge of honor.

I am on a mission to change this culture. I work with my clients on creating a sustainable and realistic lifestyle that fills their cup so that they have more to pour from and they feel rejuvenated and vibrant at the end of the day instead of exhausted and stressed!
