Hi, I'm Abbey!
I am a mom of two girls, a nurse, a health coach, a native Oregonian and a gardener.

As your health coach (MSN, RN, NC-BC, CMSRN) here is a little bit about my background as a nurse. I've been in nursing for over 12 years. I have worked at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, WA, Albany Medical Center in NY and Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, OR in the acute care and GI specialty units. I am currently an instructor at the school of nursing at OHSU, teaching undergraduate nursing students.

I am a health enthusiast and believe in the power of breathwork, meditation, eating foods in season and the healing properties of time spent in nature.

Our bodies are designed to heal, they just need us to tune into what will nourish us and provide the best available environment to do so.

Guiding you to restore your health and feel sooo AMAZING in your body is my passion! The daily stressors of modern life and our hectic lifestyles can feel overwhelming and have negative effects on our bodies, let alone to allow us to think that we have the time and desire to take action for our health.
I am here to give you realistic, simple and actionable steps towards getting rid of (enter in your pesky, annoying and got-to-go symptoms) getting to the root cause to make lasting changes on your health. I am not about fad diets that will come and go. I am about making real lifestyle habits that will last. When working with me, you will start to notice the increase energy that you have, how great your body feels; which will give you more power and strength to do more of what you love.

Looking forward to meeting YOU!

My Ethos
To shed light on simple daily habits that each person has the ability to create for themselves to feel better and transform their health. Wherever you are on your journey, whether wanting to prevent illness and optimize your health or battling symptoms from an illness or chronic disease. All are welcome.
